What our guests appreciate is not “gold-plated taps”, but good, honest comfort combined with service that really comes from the heart. In the interests of our guests, however, we are always keen to raise the quality bar a little higher. Our guests’ suggestions do not go unheard; we respect their opinions and respond to their wishes. This is just one important part of our improvement measures. This is why we have decided to join the “ServiceQualität Deutschland” training and certification program.

With almost 20 years of experience, ServiceQualität Deutschland primarily supports small and medium-sized service providers in the tourism industry in optimizing service quality. To this end, a practical system has been developed that can be easily integrated into day-to-day operations and is highly effective. Every year, Q companies implement over 20,000 improvement measures – for better service quality in Germany. According to the motto: Enthusiasm is contagious, the “quality virus” spreads unhindered in our company and puts everyone in a good mood. We have been able to inspire our guests with more than just one idea since the start of the program. The quality work in the hotel and restaurant is also fun for our employees and motivates them to give their best.

One of our improvement measures, for example, concerns our commitment as a bed+bike hotel. Situated in the middle of a beautiful landscape by impressive lakes, we want to offer our guests the “experience of nature” without any stress – decelerated and health-promoting by bike. At the 3-star Storchenklause, we not only offer bed+bike friendly accommodation, but also an in-house bike rental service. If you want to make yourself comfortable in your room after an excursion in nature, you will find an atmosphere with a feel-good factor in room variants such as single, double, 3-bed and 4-bed rooms. However, quality should not just be written about, it is best experienced on site.
