We are delighted that you want to know exactly what we are talking about and are paying us a visit here in the culinary delights section. First of all, we’d like to give the all-clear to all connoisseurs of honest home cooking. Our guests are spared high-priced, experimental dishes from molecular cuisine and food that you have to look for on your plate with a magnifying glass. No guest has ever left our restaurant in Storkow hungry, but rather with a satisfied smile on their face. This is partly due to the delicious dishes at fair prices and partly due to our friendly staff, who are happy to look after our guests.
We serve our guests traditional Brandenburg specialties based on home-style cooking. Our well-coordinated kitchen team pulls out all the stops using fresh, high-quality regional ingredients. When you look at the menu, you may find that your mouth is watering. Would you like a little foretaste? With pleasure.
Perhaps you fancy our homemade goulash with boiled potatoes/dumplings and red cabbage? Or would you prefer the home-rolled, spicy stuffed roulades? Doesn’t the aroma of Thuringian Rostbrätel with onions and chips waft over from the next table? While another guest enjoys a game specialty from the local forests. And then of course there are traditional fish dishes such as fillet of zander with herb butter and boiled potatoes as well as fillet of saithe, plaice or freshly fried trout, which will make the heart of any fish lover beat faster. Even those with a sweet tooth will not miss out when the waiter serves up a delicious dish such as yeast dumplings with cherries or rice pudding with apple sauce. Our daily menu always includes 12 – 15 dishes.
